VICE Chancellor of the University of the West Indies Sir Hilary Beckles has described the late former Eastern Caribbean Central Bank Governor Sir Dwight Venner as a “special son who was exclusively engaged in service to the region. Sir Dwight died a week ago at the age of 70. The following is Professor Beckles’ tribute:
